    I think people confuse 100mg with 100% nicotine. 100mg is actually diluted. Most DIY buy 100mg. 100% is actually 1000mg nic. 100mg nic is not 100%nic. 100mg nic is 10%nic.

    Our Singapore members have a really hard time buying anything too. They try to smuggle things in but it gets confiscated. They spend a lot of money trying to buy things. Most DIY without nicotine because they can't get their hands on Nic.

    No because there were no "chips" such as that before 2007. So that would be considered a new product and need to go through the astronomically high application process.

    They described this in their deeming regulations as mislabeling. They went into some detail about it. I doubt anybody will get away with it. The fines aren't cheap.
