    Check the o ring seals. You may have nicked one while switching cartos. That would cause leaking at the bottom. If that is it, its like holding a partly open bottle upside down. It could cause too much juice to get inside the carto. Hope I could help!

    Oh, crap! Pulse, DO NOT REMOVE!!! It just occurred to me you may be looking at the wick! On some atomizers, it is wrapped in wire mesh but some look like what they are: fiberglass wick! Please let us know how you do!
