    Trucker Trick - when on an overnight run, and know you have to get up early (midnight) and drive hard the next day ... .... Milk and Cookies. Pint of whole milk, maybe three or four cookies (preferably like oatmeal, less like sugar). Then lie down and get your mind to relax.

    Have you tried this one yet ? Cheesecake Graham Cracker Crust (TFA) 4%, New York Cheesecake (CAP) 2%, Vanilla Swirl (TFA) 2%, Marshmallow (TFA) 1%. Add whatever flavor (Strawberry, Blueberry< Chocolate, etc.) you may like. But then again, you probably already have a favorite recipe....
