I coped with 0 nic by going back to the nic. Now it's no more than 2mg.
Compared to everything else in a regular cigarette, nicotine is likely the least harmful and even has some minor benefits. It's roughly similar to caffeine. If it's what you need, there's no sense in getting rid of it.
Got four units, usually any two at a time in rotation. Currently on a Provari 2.5 and a Pico, both with Buddha Minis. Out of rotation are the Vision Spinner/mini PT2, and a new Steamboat mech (Tugboat clone)/Plume Veil.
On the contrary, Trump has been a strident non-smoker his while life and with his administration's anti-science bias I fear be will go the way of the ANTZ.
I'm a bit of a narcissist and obsessed with watching myself vape. When I'm in the kitchen at night I'll stand there and chain vape watching myself in the window reflections. Or standing in the bathroom. There's a particular density I like in my clouds and I can get it in all my units, from a .5...
Old school? Lol, I still use Protanks, EVODs and Egos too!
My main tanks are the Big Buddha Mini, 18mm RTA that can be closed up for MTL. I have one on my Pico (subohm) and another on a Provari (plus ohm). They're kind of obscure but still available.
For some people, myself included, the physical act is a large part of the habit/addiction. I have "busy hands" which always have to be holding or fiddling something. Even at 0 nic the hand-to-mouth, inhale/exhale and feel/flavor are just as important.
I was never very high, starting at 18mg back in the cigalike days. Eventually went down all the way to 0mg for awhile, which may coincide with my weight gain (though I never made any connection before) but went back to nic and my weight stabilized.
Nicotine itself is one of the least dangerous...
