No need to toss it really. Just add some PGA to it. With the cinnamon you need to add it to the PG first, then mix it well, then add any VG components.- DrmChld

premaking liquid base
From my understanding OP is using scuba's spread sheet. So they have a recipe calculator. I think he is trying to premake the nic+pg+vg so when she adds her flavoring the end resulting eliquid would be at 18mg 50/50. I am not sure how you would put this into the spreadsheet to make a base...- DrmChld
