    It looks like you are not allowing for the PG in the flavoring. If I check the NO PG/VG box I will get the same PG/VG as you came up with. Make sure you have PG set for flavoring. Disco180 is correct. Here is what it should look like:

    I would not use the Y adapter and 22 ga wire. Solder short leads at least 20 ga wire directly. Using connectors, 22ga and long leads add resistance/voltage drop.

    You can also use low ESR Aluminum Electrolytic capacitors as long as they are no less than 17 milliOhm (ESR). 10V or higher caps are fine. The datasheet shows some at 6.3V which I have also used.

    Sounds like your measuring is off. Do NOT measure by drops. It is highly inaccurate. Use a syringe or graduated cylinder. Make sure you are reading the markings correctly. This may be a cause to your displeasing taste. Also, you may want to cut down on your flavoring percentage at first and work...

    Yup, that will work. Only suggestion I have is to run the battery wires directly to the Zmax board to avoid any loses and not to tap off of the USB charger. ZMax in a Box
