DIY baby step (frankenvape) is a great way to go at first. However, I have found that the only solid way to satisfy an extremely picky palette (ahem, my wife's) is to step into the world of true DIY (as explained above). That way you can tailor the taste to YOUR tongue. It takes some...
I love the titanium caps. They really complete the look and they are so light. Keep up the good work Phiniac!
Looks like I need to update my sig pic below. The current one does not show my titanium caps
Hey Tat! Long time! Good to hear you are still alive and kicking. There's a few new folks here that have been bitten by the Moon Bug (WooHoo!). How is the DIY juice experiment coming along?
I really like the single-coil 3.2 ohm Smoktech carts I get from IBTanked. I use a carto punch to enlarge the pre-done holes (and make a couple more small holes). It helps the wicking of the thick VG juice. Hope it works for you guys!
I only use Phiniac tanks. They are super high quality and are customizable. IBTanked also has a good reputation. Hope all goes well with your new adventure!
It depends on your mod, but I have had years of great success with single-coil SmokTech 3.2 ohm cartos at 5 volts. Nothing but thick flavorful vapor. I use 100% VG juice so I make the prepunched holes a little bigger with a carto-punch.
If you are using a 3.7 volt mod then you need to use a...
I am a diehard carto/tank user. I love my Phiniac tanks with single-coil cartos. Never cared much for the dual-coils. I have tried clearos, and bottom coils, but they are a far cry from the satisfying vape of a good 'ol carto tank.
For carto/tank set up I use a Phiniac tank with a single coil 3.2 ohm SmokTek cartomizer purchased from IBTanked. On a 5v mod. Massive plumes, great flavor, fill up once a day and go like mad. (see signature below) :)
Oh, also...I have the "plunger system" but I really have not had much success with it. Truth is, it is much easier to just toss the old carto when it starts going bad. They are so inexpensive ($1.29 or so). Nothing like a fresh new carto...ahhhhh! :)
Hi Sally. I have been vaping for 4 years and I still use carto/tanks exclusively. I have a few Phiniac tanks (awesome all the way around) and Smoktech cartos (single-coil) purchased from IBTanked. It is the best and easiest set up IMHO. Phiniac has a wide variety of tanks and they can be...
Looks like I'm a little late to the party. It is so nice to have another glass tip supplier. I was very sad when Sagewood left; very high quality tips. I am excited about the website. Please post when it is ready for customers! Thanks Tym
Oh, I use my Saber so much that the bottom end cap gets rubbed a lot. It still functions perfectly, but the shine of the nickel plating wears out a bit. I don't need to replace them, but I am sure glad good 'ol Sir Lawrence sells new shiny end caps for guys like me. Thanks for the great work...
We are so glad you are back, S.L.! Please take care of yourself as you crank away on those orders. I ordered a couple of new rounded nickel endcaps last week (it seems that is the only part of a Saber that ever needs to be replaced LOL!). I am in no hurry for those, so take your time. It's...
I'm a big fan of Phiniac tanks. They are pyrex with either custom and standard designs. You can opt for titanium caps and they come in a variety of colors.
