    The Hana One is probably the smallest dual 18650 mod I've seen. I have one, it does feel kind of cheap for the price, but it is small, and tiny in single battery mode.

    I'm using cotton bacon, not stuffed too tight in the holes but relatively tight in the coil. Put it together yesterday, so about 36 hours vaping it (refilled twice because I'm using the steel tank and have no idea how much I've vaped), not one dry hit. Still rather nicely saturated.

    I'd be willing to try the 25 mm, as the quartz sounds like it would be too tight and the fragility scares me. I'll most likely use the steel tank primarily, but wanted glass for a little while so I can actually keep an eye on juice level/consumption (and the pmma doesn't appeal to me).

    It has an outer diameter of 22mm, wall thickness of just under 1mm (.8mm by my digital calipers) , and is approximately 20mm in length (19.92mm by the calipers). The RTA came with a PMMA section which I used for the measurements. Can this be done? Thanks!

    So I ended up putting a 2.5mm id, 6 wraps 28g spaced kanthal, around 1ohm build in just now. Was a little finicky, any attempt at a 3mm id was short city. The flavor blows my Lemo Drop away, I taste nuances of flavor from my Spicy Peach Mango (Open Source Vapor) that I've never tasted before...

    Yeah, your experience sounds nothing like mine, so I'd wager you have a faulty unit, sorry... wish I could help. Just know there is hope, as mine has none of the issues you are describing, hopefully you can get it sorted out. I, personally, can't wait to get a build in here and fire it up.

    First Coil Build

    I thought the Lemos came with 26g NI80. Which should account for the low resistances you are getting.
