    Pete 54, mine seems small too. I "tapped" them in but they do not go in all the way. I have not filled them yet to see if they will leak when they are not all the way in. I am thinking they do not go all they way into the top cup either. I haven't had much time to work with them.

    I agree with post #5 also. For that kind of money, I suggest you look real hard at the ProVari. Why be limited to just 2 different voltages when a ProVari lets you have all the voltage in between. Most, if not all, of use really, really like our ProVari's.

    Just do it!! lol Mine is the original finish, and I really like it. Somewhere, I read you should not use the Noalox on the addy connection, but it is great for the end caps. Maybe someone will correct me if that is not correct.

    You use a small pipe cutter that you can pick up a Lowe's or Home Depot for $5-6. The pipe cutter is small and has no handle. You just tighten the knob as you go around. HTH

    +1 Shel....I have a couple of MAP Tanks and that is the way I fill them also. I would imagine it will work the same way on these too. I guess I will find out tomorrow.
