    I like both. If one is the type who's mod is gobbed up with juice and you don't care you may want to skip the liner though. Or if you have an atty that leaks / 510 issue causing emission. Definitely skip the liner on a slither skin TMOD cause it'll prolly wear out the felt over time - dunno...
