    For me it depends on the airflow and nicotine level. On my Chalice III (limited airflow) w/ 18mg juice it is mouth to lung. On my Element Stumpy (tons of air) w/ 3mg juice it is lung hits.

    My quit smoking date was March 29, 2010. I started at 24mg, I'm now at 18mg. Loving every minute of vaping with my Reo. No plans yet to cut down to a lower nic level.
