    Flukes are pretty much top of line as far as I know (yes they are expensive) and I am lucky to own 1. Though Flukes not really necessary for coil resistance measurement in terms of what we need. BTW, decimal measurement is far more accurate than fraction based measurement.

    The CE4 uses coils/housings/wicking very similar to the Kanger T3S type tanks (at least alot of them do) Personally, I find them to be flavor killers. If you only care about vapor and no flavor, go for it. If not, I would suggest the CE5 with the BVC's or better models like beez0527 suggested.
