That's probably HDL (High Density Lipids) which is the good one which should be 60 or above, the higher the better. Smoking lowers it, mine has gone up since I quit. The bad one is LDL (Low Density Lipids) and the third value, triglycerides are neutral shad ing into bad if too high.
I have them in my shopping cart at VaporDNA. Look like they should be outstanding to me. The CLT and CLT V2 were both excellent attys and I'd expect no less from this one.
Air flow is critical with RDAs and you can turn a really good atomizer into junk quickly with bad placement. General rules:
Air hitting the coil directly will give you the most flavor and vapor.
Air not hitting the coil directly will give you more throat hit with less vapor.
Generally you want...
I've been using mine with regulated mods but since no one has jumped in, I'll take a stab. I'm finding the best flavor is with a coil wrapped around a 2.4 mm screwdriver. I tried the 2 mm coils but the flavor wasn't there for me. I got vapor but not nearly as much flavor.
I think I mixed this...
Somewhere in the range of 1 to 3 mg/ml. The 3 mg/ml is for when I'm at work and need a quick infusion, the 1 mg/ml is for around the house when I need to prevent nic overdose.
Yeah, it goes all over the place depending on your settings, how new the cotton is, the RDA. You'll learn when that hit is no longer truly saturated and it's time to drip.
Well, I've exceeded that many times but I generally mix my own. I have never found a vendor as endlessly responsive to all my little whims. And I deliver really, really fast too! :D
Yup, it tears through a tank pretty fast. Great for a drive across town, bad for a night out drinking. :D Still, I really like the small size of the current tank and hope they support both this size and a bigger size in the future.
My experience mirrors FlamingoTutu's. My nicotine level has kept dropping because it keeps getting too strong. Right now I'm vaping 1 mg/ml or 3 mg/ml. I'm not sure why you view dropping your nicotine as a big win, the nicotine really isn't all that significant from a health point of view unless...
A mech is mechanical, i.e., no circuitry and a charger implies circuitry to charge so you're not going to see that as a combination very often. It can be done but I haven't seen it.
I switched over from rebuilding clearo coils to rebuildables. I doubt I ever go back. Rebuildables are designed from the ground up to be rebuilt which makes them much easier to rebuild than replaceable coils.
I prefer the vape from rebuildables immensely more than replaceable coils, though it...
Generally LG HE2s though they can be any crap. At least with the HE2s or Samsung R25s you get batteries that are superior to the Sonys but often they will be complete crap.
I'm going to third the Sigeleis. The magnets are a far superior solution when you're replacing the batteries on a daily basis. Even though I have a pair of IPV3s sitting here, they sit in their box while the Sigelei are my daily drivers.
First off, I don't suggest any non smoker pick up vaping. While we can confidentially say that the effects are far less than smoking, we can't say it's safe.
Second, I can't say from personal experience what the effects are on a non-smoker, I can tell you that people have noticed that lines on...
Big time luck! It should be easier this time. Generally when you first quit there are equipment hassles to deal with, finding your favorite juices, etc. that you shouldn't have to go through this time. Plus, now you know the before and after. Best wishes!
