    there are too many variables involved to get any kind of accurate life cycle test/rating.Yes you can test in a lab under set conditions and you would need to use the batts under THOSE conditions...Some people are using them in mech mods hitting them hard, some people use them in low draw set ups...

    are you using a .15 ni coil?if so you should be in tc mode.I have an istick40TC.it will set itself automaticly to 40 watts then it will adjust watts up and down to hold the temp you set it to.almost all the ni coils are .15 and for tc only

    Again thanks for all the links.as for over taxing the tank Im running a .5 SS CROWN coil rated for 30 to 80 watts at 30 watts.my kanger is at 25 watts and had no issues till i switched from TC to wattage.I am running them at the extreme low end.
