    thanks.I noticed the 18650 users dont seem to talk much about IR.where as the rc guys using lipo are fanatical about IR.Guys will send batts back if they dont like the Ir of a battery and they monitor IR constantly during the life of the battery

    man I am a happy camper and I dont know why I didn't realize this sooner but I have a really nice charger for my rc batts and I can BALANCE charge these 18650.Not only can I charge them faster but I can balance them exactly to each other.god I love being an equipment geek

    I have been doing more thinking on this and I think I know the reasons lipo's are not yet mainstream in vaping ...SAFETY.In looking around it seems balance chargers are still way to big to be incorporated into a mod and I think the general public is not ready or willing to take the responsibilty...

    before vaping took off huge the main uses for 18650 seemed to be computer batts and flashlights both applications are slow charging and slow steady low amp discharge, now guys are running drippers hitting these batts hard drawing high amps and wondering why they wont deliver
