Vaping and the constant pressure from the people around me

Exactly. People can have such fragile egos. They make a decision about something, then will argue that point until blue in the face just to avoid backing down and admitting a mistake. Ever seen the film Revolver? Sums it up perfectly! I started vaping long before we had these studies and...

Vaping and the constant pressure from the people around me

I handle it the same way Bill Nye deals with creationists. Stick to the facts, have more information than the other person and quote plus provide the necessary evidence from the required paper. Leaves them unable to go anywhere than to repeat their bias or unevidenced bias they hear from...

Does the TPD only effect toppers?

As @ppeeble says, regulation only covers nicotine liquids, their containers and tanks. RDAs, Mods etc all are unmentioned (so unaffected). Best advice, stock up on 2ml+ capacity tanks (if that's what you want) and get into DIYing your own juice. I was concerned as the TPD effects the nicotine...

Cloud Beast King TFV12 VS. RDA

What Vape Should I buy ? Im New To This And I Want To try It Out !!

Is this a device you will be using to quit smoking cigs? If so best off with a high ohm, mouth to lung setup with a high nicotine liquid. If you are getting one for cloud chasing, low ohm, high wattage, direct to lung with 0 nicotine. There are that many different setups covering everything...

    best prices?

Exactly. With postage it has cost me (went ahead and ordered one) $25 or £21. So, as you say, 1/20 of the authentic price. I can understand $120 or under for an authentic Mech but when you are talking nearly $500, that's just crazy!

    best prices?

Sorry to do little thread hijacking, but think my question fits well. I wanted a Mech mod, only ever used regulated devices but built RBAs for years. Very familiar with Ohms law and all the safety aspects regarding mechs. Found a great looking mod (Storm Rogue US Bear) but a genuine version is...

Smok AL85 - "Check Battery" message

No problems at all. If you are UK based, I can recommend Fogstar website for batteries. Never had a problem with them once.

    Smok AL85 problems

2 weeks is about right. If you run minimum wattage with clear coloured liquids, can extend that to a month or even more. If you use darker liquids and/or run it over 35w, 2 weeks is right. This is reason why in all my Smok tanks I use the RBA, coils are expensive and life span isn't that great.

    Wattage

It all depends on your setup. My tank with its current build needs at least 65w or won't produce any vapor, I sit it around 100w. MTL users probably would never get over 10w.

    GX350 SMOK MOD

Mine was tough at first but loosened up with use.

Smok AL85 - "Check Battery" message

Is the top battery cap screwed down fully? It can be a pain to get it fitting correctly as I've found with my Mrs AL85. Stupid question, have you made sure the battery is inserted the correct way around? + to the bottom and - to the top? Make sure battery is fully charged. If the answer to...

Something i just noticed about the GX350

Don't think that intentional though, looking at mine just seems like poor build quality. I love my GX350.... but... I'll be honest... the fit and finish is awful. Bought a wrap for mine with 24 hours as couldn't cope with the cheap paint and fact 'carbon fibre' blades weren't stuck down properly.

Starting to think tanks are useless!!

I'd go for the Griffin 25 Plus over the normal Griffin 25. Wicking Is far easier and less prone to leaks. They are very similar in price.

    Silly question

^^^This^^^ 100× this. Not only has my health noticeably improved (20 a day for 14 years) thanks to vaping, I gained an enjoyable hobby with a great community.

RDA The pros of using an RDA

Only one reason I use my RDA. Flavour. The flavour is so much better than any tank I've ever used. I use an RTA for regular use with my DIY juice, but I keep about 60ml of really high quality juice in the cupboard purely for my RDA when I fancy a great flavour hit.

    Silly question

Is it safe? No. Yet nothing is safe if not done correctly or in moderation. I'd rather vape than smoke or even take a big deep breath in central London! According to medical experts in UK, vaping is 95% safer than smoking. If you use cheap dodgy batteries, e liquids from less than reputable...

The one you can't do without

I'd take my current setup. Smok GX350 with Griffin 25 Plus. Looong battery life, big tank and I could use the mod as a improvised hammer/weapon if needed!

Starting to think tanks are useless!!

Yes... the Limitless XL is just a son of a female dog. I tried my hardest for 2 months to get on with it, gave up and through it on EBay. Watch the single coil deck, the connector to the 510 will bend eventually causing a terrible connection meaning constant shorts and ohms all over the place...
