I'm going to have to buy more PG and VG later this year. I bought 2 gallons of PG and 2 gallons on VG from Essential Depot a few years ago. I don't think I'm going to buy as much this time.

That's how a government bureaucracy works. In an attempt to justify their existence, they take three times as long to do things as they really should take. Also, CTP is bought and paid for by the big tobacco companies.:(
ETA: I really do think DOGE should look at the FDA and CTP.
.
I'm thinking that with the way the new administration is cutting government waste and firing employees, the FDA doesn't want to draw attention to itself. The CTP would be a good target for DOGE.

Has anyone noticed that the FDA's Center for Tobacco Products CTP Newsroom has not published any new “news” stories since the middle of January? They used to post several pieces of news each month, but there has not been a single new post since the new President was inaugurated. I hope this is...

I believe that unless the Supreme Court or the next administration does something about the FDA soon, nicotine vaping suppliers will keep getting harder and harder to find. We'll see what happens over the next few months.
.
And tobaccoreporter’s take on the Triton case.
“Elizabeth Hicks, US Affairs Analyst of the Consumer Choice Center, stated that the case underscores the need for “fairness and transparency” in regulatory processes. “The FDA’s blanket denials have placed enormous hurdles on firms providing...
I don't know how many people are still here that care about this, but I'll post it anyway. Oral arguments were held today in a Supreme Court case that could save or further destroy vaping.

The FDA is going after "Smart Vapes".

“These products may resemble smart devices, but there’s nothing smart about them,” said Brian King...
