I'm confused about why you're upset that a vape shop threw a lollypop in with your order, Did they entice you with it before you placed your order? They're only supposed to sell vapor products to adults, so it shouldn't matter.
.
That's the way it was when I was there while I was in the Navy in the early '80s. You had to careful around the piles of trash in the street. Sometime rats as big as cats would come out of them.
.
I don't think recycling is the whole answer. If governments were concerned about the environment, they would make it illegal to sell anything disposable(for one time use) that has a lithium ion battery in it.
.
That quote is misleading. 3.8% of students who used e-cigarettes is less than half of 1% of all the students. That's not a reason to stop adults from using a product.
.
Well, they shot down a couple more today. Suorin Air and blu PLUS+ products received MDOs.

While I agree that overturning Chevron would cause a lot of chaos, maybe that’s what is needed to force Congress to take back its lawmaking responsibilities from the Executive Branch. Right now, government agencies make more “laws” than Congress.
.
Yes it will. If the court overturns the Chevron Deference Doctrine, it will open a lot of new possibilities for lawsuits against the FDA by the vape industry. I listened to the oral arguments on C-SPAN yesterday, and all of the conservative justices were critical of Chevron...
While I think corruption plays a part in this decision, I believe it's really about control. The FDA wants control over what e-liquid we're allowed to vape, and they lose that control if they let us have open-system hardware.
.
Well, I guess we knew it would happen eventually. The FDA is now coming after open-system ecig hardware that most of us use. Until yesterday I don't remember hearing much about the status of PMTAs for hardware. On January 16, 2024 the FDA rejected the PMTAs for 22 SMOK vaping products. More...
It looks like the Argus GT2 comes with either a MAAT tank or a UFORCE-L tank.
If you have a MAAT tank, you need VOOPOO TPP coils

If you have UFORCE-L tank, you need VOOPOO PnP coils...
Yep. I've got eight or nine of them. Most of them are black and new-in-box. I used to use them with black Provaris. I probably should sell some of them, but I've never gotten rid of anything vape related that wasn't broke.

“Over several years, the Food and Drug Administration sent manufacturers of flavored e-cigarette products on a wild goose chase,” wrote Judge Andrew S. Oldham for the majority. Oldham then described the agency’s “wild goose chase” in some detail, before rejecting the FDA’s defense...
From the order:
"In sum, FDA’s denials of petitioners’ PMTAs were arbitrary and
capricious. The agency did not give manufacturers fair notice of the rules;
the agency did not acknowledge or explain its change in position; the agency
ignored reasonable and serious reliance interests that...
