    I prefer regulated. My mechs see little use these days. I like being able to select the wattage/temp so that I can dial it in perfectly to my preference no matter what tank/RDA I use.

    I never felt a heavy need for nicotine after a few weeks vaping. I used to smoke a little over a pack a day but started off at 6mg nicotine vaping and quickly dropped to 3. Now I mix it up between 0-3-6 mg with little noticeable difference other than throat hit.

    A mix that goes well with a beer and may fit your preferred flavor profile is.... 5% vanilla tobacco 3% bavarian cream, 3% vanilla custard and a few drops of cinnamon. I use TFA for all but the custard, for that I use the Cappellas.

    Look up PG based herbal tinctures, a big amount of the results will give how to do it with things we can't talk about on this forum but it's the same process. It works well with some things, mixed results with fruits but most fruit flavors can be found from the main flavor suppliers.
