Start with a couple drops and add more until you find your spot, use sparingly until you find what you like because you can always add more but can't take it out once it is in. I use around 2 ml per 30 ml of juice but that is a bit stronger than some like but seems about the same as many vendors...
The majority of people use the Atlantis .3's from 55-65 watts. It is all personal preference but at 60 watts you are pushing as much as most people do into it.
In my state they do random e-liquid testing of juices sold in the state and publish the results. All the juices have been within 10% of what they were supposed to be. The biggest differential they found was 9% and it was in VUSE, so I feel confident that the reputable juice vendors are more...
Yeah the .5 would give it but might get a bit too warm on your throat with tight airflow. I tend to use a cooling agent in most of my juices to improve throat feel. It gives it a menthol type feel without the menthol flavor. It's flavorless so can be added to any juice, what I use is a flavoring...
Vape harder ;)
I'm kidding, are you using the 1.5 coil and the smaller airflow? I rarely take more than 3-4 second drags but I use the .5 coil with wide open airflow and suck pretty hard. Play around with different ways of hitting it and you may find your sweet spot is in shorter heavier...
As long as you are using low nic it shouldn't hurt your throat to lung hit if you are doing it right. It really is a technique thing that just takes a little figuring out. Open your airflows all the way and suck hard, if you aren't getting enough airflow it will get hot and that is what causes...
I just put another strong juice in and puff until it goes away. Sometimes it's rough tasting especially mixed with another flavor but eventually it goes away.
I agree, I ordered my sister a Subox last week because I thought this would be too much to take in. She likes a cloudier draw so she wasn't a good candidate for a traditional beginner setup but stepping up to a device like this almost requires a vape training course. The subox is nice in that...
Did you order an adapter for the tips? Other tips won't fit without it. Do you open the airholes on the tip itself? My atlantis 2 stays much cooler than my other sub ohm tanks.
I haven't had a single smoke since fully converting to vaping, some dual use for awhile but when I was done I was done. What scares me is that I still enjoy the smell of cigarettes. Everyone says they realize how bad it smells after a few weeks vaping but I actually enjoy when a smoker is in the...
That's what most people do. Leave it on unless you are in a situation where it may auto-fire such as in your pocket or luggage. It's not a bad habit to get used to turning it off when you aren't using it but it won't hurt anything or kill battery generally.
Do the threads catch when you screw it on or does it go on smooth? If it threads well I wouldn't worry about it, if it catches or feels like it doesn't thread right I would send it back.
It uses a proprietary tip that isn't easily swapped out. You have to order a special adapter to change the Atlantis 2 tip. The tip it comes with has is really wide though and offers plenty of airflow, even has airflow holes on the tip to add extra cooling.
It's all about how much air you are pulling through to keep it cool. 60-65 watts seems to be the sweet spot for most with the Atlantis 2 but you need to put some power into your puff. If you aren't sucking hard enough it won't keep it cool enough, if you pull the air through at a hard steady...
I bought two packs from vape super saver yesterday. I finally burned out the one that came with my Subox and had to throw in one of the old .5's the difference is huge. I can't wait to get the verticals in the mail and get this old style out.
I really like mine but some people have had some issues. In the mods part of the forum there is a post about the device you should read through. The last few pages have the issues people have seen.
