    The most important thing to know about the cell is that it can deliver a good amount of amps safely. for Mouth to lung around 25 Watts, a 10 amps is enough, do you want more then it needs to be a 20 Amp+ cell.     Both a good 18650 or a 21700 will hit hard enough, I never felt any difference in the vape. But ofcourse, a good 21700 will outlast the good 18650. A sleeve is just cheap to make and easy when you only have a 18650 charged, I maybe used that once in my 21700 mod. no difference except from it...

    I have no idea how strong the rules are where you are from and how bad it will become. Over here in the Netherlands it became pretty bad, I saw it coming, so I went and bought as much as i could. So depending on where you are, maybe people can give you better advice.

    I understand, mine did not have that issue and probably because of the bigger internal battery. Then again, I never really vaped it at 25W constantly (to a point the battery would sag too much), I didn't buy it for that, but 20W was no issue.

    Same here, I did spent less on the smokes, like $2000 my last year (also 2013), but I also think in the years following i spent like that same amount on gear and liquids, flavors and DIY stuff. That also stopped like 5-6 years ago. Still happy with my stock and some retro devices.
