I gave up my half of the back patio, because her kids screw with whatever I put out there.. they have their bikes and toys all over it, plus terrorize my dogs.. I have talked to the managers about it, but nothing ever...

    Gonna be a long day.. :( my neighbors kids just got up, and already are jumping around. I can not only hear them through the walls but feel them when I sit in my recliner.. on the up side at least they don't have the surround sound going.
