Not to minimize your situation at all, but it is possible for one's tastebuds to go all wonky and not be able to taste your juice very well. Can you taste your other juices fine? Sometimes the tastebuds can get burned out. Did you email them or use the Live Chat feature on the site?
Another alternative would be to use the LABOR2013 code and score 25% off your VTube purchase and have both. If that's not an option you could always hit up their Live Chat Customer Service feature..but I don't think they'll be back online until after Labor Day.
