    I've gone in circles with their CS. It's truly frustrating. You only get 1 email response from them per day. I'm on day 5 and no closer to a solution and have corresponded with 4 of their CS employees. I would like it fixed. I'll pay for it!

    Yes, I'm referring to the Vaprfi Rocket Tank. The silicone/gasket/o-ring material came out of the "inside" of the tank after using citrus juice.

    There is no way (that I can see) to replace the silicone material in this particular tank. It has a factory press-fit top on the tank. The silicone material is partially up inside this press-fit top (pic attached). It's just a darn mess! I made a post about my dilemma in the solution forum here.

    The tank I'm currently using is glass but has some type of silicone inside it that is not compatible with the citrus juice and started leaking. I bought a new tank but I like the citrus!!!
