Protip: fresh chopped ginger and a scraped-out vanilla bean. Tastes like a ginger hard candy. SO refreshing. Tea is wicked good too. Oolong and green tea are what has worked best for me, black teas are too prone to overcooking/bitterness. Flavored teas are the best.
