Most of the utile mods were thinner I had a piece that I was able to squeeze some mods out off . Its really stable wood I wouldn't try that with some of the other woods I use- redeyedancer

Definitely keep us informed I would clean the paint off the inside base of the mod were your spring sits . When your vaping your stile of vaping you need every bit you can get .- redeyedancer

I think if you soldered your spring were its riveted together you could avoid the spring sag your experiencing at lower ohm . One of my customers and a friend of mine runs ,2 ohm daily and never has any sag in the spring . He soldered his spring and hasn't had a problem since and he was...- redeyedancer

I backed away from the resin for the time being . Resin like plastic can melt High heat plastic like I use in the buttons can handle a dead short many times over but you take a guy vaping a .3 ohm coil that doesn't maintain his contacts and the heat will build to a point it will cause damage to...- redeyedancer

Thank you very much I am very happy your enjoying the mod . If you could see some of the mods that come back to the shop even 2 months after there built you would cringe . My Reo adventure begins.
Congrats clasicks magnets on top of your battery my concern with that is the magnet hitting the body and causeing a short . Use common sense you should be ok . Its always better to minimize the breaks in the connection . Like papa said as long as your not a super sub ohm guy you shouldn't...- redeyedancer
