Got the new bottles in late this afternoon . I need to clean the stainless caps they were never cleaned and there are stainless chips in the caps and I would assume cutting oil . REOs not performing well?
You need to hit the punch harder . Don't hit it straight down you want to come at it at a angle from the outside of the threaded hole . If your punch is straight up and down it wont do anything you want to force the aluminum inward- redeyedancer

There is no difference from the old 510 to the new 510 as far as v drop goes . something as simple as one atty being tightened more then the other can effect v drop there are so many variables when it comes to v drop .
