I would say until your paper towel is not spotting with liquid. Did you put a pre-filled cart on there yet? if so, you are also blowing out some nic juice and should be careful handling it, if not, then get as much of the primer out as you can. A dozen times blowing, should be more than adequate.- JamBandPhan

the cart that comes attached to the atty is a blank... it should not have anything in it. The atty itself has a primer liquid in it which is nasty tasting, but won't hurt you to get it on your skin... as Doots said, blow that nasty primer out by putting the threaded end of the atty in your...- JamBandPhan
