    The frame material is PEI, the nuts have to be two-part to be able to be tightened with a bit of torque, otherwise it would easily come loose. How does it look from the tank side?

    If you have measuring equipment, I would measure the resistance from the ground to the flush nut, it should be at 0 ohms. If my eyes are correct there appears to be a two piece transition there, if so I would have taken out the inner ring to check what is wrong.

    It's starting to get a bit more successful with the foam project, at least I can use one. I'll take one more try and then I'll say it's good enough. Should have made coils for atty's, but so far I can't find 2.5mm for the coil master jig, so much for having made one system! :lol:
