It turns out my heart rate watch was storing data way back.
A year ago and my heart rates were the same, around 55-58 rate at rest, and down to 45's on low.
So in other words I'm not going to change meds unless I see 30 in heart rate.

When I sleep I have a heart rate of 50 which is probably perfect, I only take heart medication in the morning and nowadays my heart rate drops to 40's it seems for a few hours afterwards.
I am not stopping my meds without a doctor's approval, and I will measure my blood pressure a few weeks...

I have been working out, 70 minutes on a spin bike.
Equally intensive, but lower heart rate results, I think I am close to the threshold where I should stop / change my heart medication.

I think a lot of the problem with imports to the US is related to the new regulations Trump & co put into effect on August 23, packages that have a value of less than $800 and are not business to business shipments.
As far as I understand it, the US removed an import code set that had been used...
