    The on off on slide switch selects between battery and load voltage. The center position is off and the meter is off.

    So I did a DNA 20 thread on this box build and liked it so much I am now doing a 20 amp Raptor using mamu's excellent schematic. Cardboard boxes. Box cut to size for the 5000mAh Raptor assembled. Now to glass the box.. Smaller V meter with Bap's new frame size.

    Have a bunch of GBD and Meerschaum pipes. Pipes and Corduroy suits were the norm in my college days. The Meerschaum keep getting darker and better the more you use them.. :) I know I should re wick this but it is still tasting so good.:vapor:

    Yes, every one is different. I personally like it better after it has charred up a bit. As an old pipe smoker, it has to break in for me. I get a deeper mellow flavor on my tobacco DIYs after a week. Since I have zero experience on fruits or pastries I can't comment on those.:)

    My DNA was not reading the ohms. It was stuck on .1ohm no matter what RBA I put on it. So I needed to do a hard restart on the chip. Remove battery.:) Unplugged pos for a few minutes and now alls well again. 1.4ohms on this Kayfun.

    How is it working for you. What setup are you using the noil in. Curious if it was better than the top in a vertical coil setup. Lol I saw Adelaide but as you say, they are out of it.     I guess I can say that the Ramie is durable. Both the TGT dual horizontal and the Russian vertical have lasted 2 weeks of heavy vaping at high watts. Both are still going strong with great flavor.:vapor:

    It was with hemp. I do not like to recommend anything I have not tested before, so I can't say it is better. The ramie top is very good, excellent thru the coils. I just have a gut feeling that the degummed ramie would be better in the vertical coils for packing. Go for the top as a sure thing...
