    Just guessing, if you fill with a plastic bottle you may cover the whole filling hole and prevent air from getting out, in this case you should use a syringe (you anyway want to have one, it always comes handy).

    Are you using drippers? hows the effect of DW on it? is it make the liquid vaporize much faster than PG ?
