    Well, with some VG/PG you can dilute juice mg/flavoring. Diluting from 24mg to 18 will give a 25% drop in both mg and flavor. If you want to dilute flavor I would suggest sticking with the 24mg - that way you don't have to do separate calculations for the mg & don't have to mess with nic base.

    Everclear or Club 190 - I am a whiskey man, but if I recall vodka is just alcohol & water, yes? (Maybe just the kinds I drank...). Everclear is pure, and the alcohol itself evaporates fairy effectively if you wanted to transfer dissolved EM to the VG; water won't do that.
