A big thank you to all who participated. You know who you are. And you guys are just too much.
And thank goodness my daughter's birthday was already taken care of.
She got a new bedroom set.

Is that so?
You guys are too much!
I thought about asking.
And thought again.
But the boss was quite a bit sensitive.
Me too brother, me too.
I see them quite frequently all things considered.
Often much worse.
Thank you all for the kind words.

I'm sure there's tons of ways.
And if I needed them I'd take you up on it.
Thank you sir.
I hear that. I considered it. 04/01/18 was going to be my retitement from trucking.
Barring a decent replacement of course.
But a witness hooked me up on the scene and with a job at 60 cpm and guaranteed...
Yes
Lots of shopping on borrowed money and some life changes.
Happened last Wednesday.
Wife's still finding receipts.
Replace the second transmission in 280,000 miles. Pretty sure the tech didn't torque the bolts into the bell housing correctly the first time.
It was hanging by 1 bolt and...
I made it out safely.
No idea what happened. Was setting up after getting it back from the shop and had to bail abruptly.

Merry Christmas and happy New Year to you and the ECF family.
I hear you.
For mopping we use a pump sprayer to wet the floor...
A shop broom or siding brush to scrub it...
And basically a massive swiffer with reusable pads Rubbermaid makes for mopping up.
Then finish with a towel dry.
Do...
All is well. Thank you dear.
Spoiled the kiddos again for Christmas of course.
Among other things they got a 70" 4k tv, Xbox 1X, 2 new puppies (Duke and Duchess) and the ability to keep the floors clean without sweeping or vacuuming care of a Roomba.
I remember back in the day you had to...
Looks familiar.
I feel like that's where I saw Fall of The House of Usher on a school trip.
It was so long ago though.

Nope
Just a level of disdain and snark that left a bad taste in my mouth.
ETA Which normally wouldn't bother me, but when I consider someone my friend only to find out... /ETA
IIRC, I still have a spot or two on limbo.

Roger.
So nobody's fault.
Still irrelevant in context.
Sorry for your loss.
Hope you get settled back in ASAP.

It's true I don't know if mold is covered in your case because of your area or because of the size of the disaster.
You may want to find out in the event of something simpler such as a pipe burst at an inopportune moment.
But none of this is news to me.
Perhaps instead of jumping off...
Welcomed
Most important is proper drying and equipment.
Calibrated thermal hygrometer for climate control.
Low grain refrigerant dehumidifier, dessicant regenerative dehu or whole house heat exchange trailer ideally... coupled with high power air movers creating a vortex in every crevice...
That's not good at all.
Hopefully you have a good penetrating moisture meter.

A non penetrating meter would be good for the floors.

Once dry, I'd suggest covering every inch of wood material...
So you're saying the discombobulated turbo encabulator was recombobulated via the non-reversable girdle spring on the upper end of the grannies?
Makes perfect sense now, thanks!

Did you do it with passion?
Sorry, with Apple products, short of throwing them, that's all I got.
Hope somebody helps.
