That's actually brilliant...question tho, vent holes? Yeah, I'm stuck on that little prob now. This would be great for all of us that have 'cold' problems.....heh, how about an UGG wrap?
Well, if we both have it, it's NOT a flaw! We're the perfect ones & there's something wrong with everyone else. Cordwood will do it everytime; Duraflame is the answer to that but I love cordwood.
Fran....I was always a horrible nail-biter, practically up to my elbows. Now the only nails I worry about are my thumb-nails; a must for removing something that has recently become part of my mouth (I think I now gave away my ONE flaw). ;)
Fran - I knew you'd understand about the nail & yeah the battery part wasn't too cool either. All sympathy accepted - actually the nail now matches all the others, all one size is soooo boring & yesterday. Everyone on this thread knows what's really in!! :2cool: :)
Jan....It really was a big disappointment. I was so excited finding the 'new' version mod in black at a fantastic price & the thought of having 3100 power - a total dream for me. Oh well...like you said thank goodness, no accident. Bless the folks on this thread - anytime, & I mean anytime...
Mike you DIDN'T steer me wrong - it was logical to me too. Who would of thought there would be a size difference (of a hair) between the two mod tubes...& really, when do batts come with that type of plastic covering them. I tried removing the plastic before I even posted my 'help' signal, it...
I've got a ton of the 2250 pannys & they're great. Just thought it would fab to have the new vented tube with a 3100. So much for that, except now I'm trying to find more black vented tubes with the older control top that I like. The flat button on this new one just doesn't have the same feel...
Kat...I just placed it side by side with the 2250 Panny - it measures approx 1/4 taller & a hair thicker. It does fit into the my older mod so the tube on the new one is probably a hair smaller in diameter. It's kinda tight length-wise but I suppose you wouldn't have to tighten the control top...
Well Mike....First, I broke a nail taking that da-n plastic off & I don't think it was supposed to come off because the batt bottom pulled away (trashed). Live & learn & I had such high hopes for 3100mah....BUMMER!! :( So, word of advice to all, 3100 Pannys DO NOT fit into the new Joyetech...
Kat - it's the diameter. This clear plastic that's on it is not the actual wrapper, so I don't know if it's for protection in the shipping or what. Anyways, it's the IMR Panasonic 3100mah (I'm going to try to link it - usually doesn't work). It's listed with www.ecigexpress.com.
Question time (again)...Just received a 18650 Panasonic 3100mah for my Joyetech mod (yes, I finally did it) --- anyways, the batt doesn't fit into it. It has a hard plastic wrap on the outside of it & I don't know if I'm supposed to take it off. HELP!!!!
Bluegills I've heard of. Some of us Yankees pass out at the mere smell of fish - very embarrassing when that Yankee is 9 months pregnant & taking a customer out to dinner. Would you believe I have aquariums in the house & I love watching them - just can't handle the smell.
Thanks sooo much Iffy....I couldn't believe I did that - it happened so quickly. These are all the recharged ones I have so if they don't blow on the charger, I'll assume they're safe?? :headbang:
Paranoid emergency here....Just dropped a bag of 14 batteries on a ceramic floor here (klutzy)...do I put them on a charger in a Lipo-Sac to see if they blow up before I use them or what. These things still scare the heck out of me!!!!
