    I use orthodontic colored bands, size 1/8. You can get them on ebay for pretty cheap. I think I got about 500 for $5 with shipping. The sharpie marker does rub off. My banana nut bread has a yellow rubber band, my menthol, a green one, fruit flavors in the yellow, pink, and orange one, etc. :o)

    Same here. Luckily I only did it to one. I have de-wicked a couple though and have noticed improved flavor and vapor with those, with out the leaking problem.

    I wouldn't recommend dripping into an automatic battery. I have used a drip tip on a carto before. It worked pretty well. Now I just use the drip tip/atty combo. Atty's are easier to clean. :o)

    This was my experience as well. Glad I'm not the only one that felt this way. If I do anything, I'll de-wick after the atty gets old, but nothing more.

    Thanks for all of your helpful replies! Blew out the atty, and that helped a ton. I usually only do this at night, or if I'm switching flavors. I'll just do it more often. :o)
