I contacted a couple manufacturers about making different types of wicks. I can't wait to see what happens! I may have found a totally new material that was never thought of for our wicking applications. We will see what happens!:toast:

It sure does! After my tank is empty I will roll a 8 wrap coil I'm hoping that with more surface of the wick being heated I will get more vapor than I do now with my 4 wraps of 32 awg. I don't know if it makes a difference, but I figured I should give it a shot.
DID you fire the coil before you filled the tank with juice. The coil shouldn't glow if you have juice in the tank. It sounds like your getting good vapor. You just may need to wait until the wick breaks in. It could take a day or two for the flavor to become amazing. It should just get better...
