I have tried a few of their flavors and they just weren't for me. As far as quality goes, it is good quality juice. The flavor was clean and it's made in the US. You should try it out for yourself since flavor is so subjective.
3.0ohms is about right for the amount of wraps you used. The coil shouldn't be tight nor loose, it just needs to be touching the wick, which may need some time to beak in until it wicks better. I think you need to just let it break in. BTW, how thick is your juice?

Yeah I'm no scientist, but I think there's a possibility it could be dangerous if you worked in a factory that uses this to insulate heating elements or whatever and it's being sanded down or smashing it, causing a bunch of dust to suspend in the air in high concentrations.
That's only harmful if it turns to dust I believe, but it's good to know! I haven't tried it yet, but I imagine it still would be a lot safer than analogs.

That's right!!! There's a thread that talks about coating coils. I posted the link there. It is meant to be applied right onto the coil or on the outside of the ss wick that your wrapping.
