all the air comes through those two holes, i've stopped both up [this is so airie i must not have done one hole] both and no air flows. just jam a toothpich in and cut it off flush, can be pushed in with a needle if you dumb both of them -

bottom coil = cooler Toothpick in one of the holes will reduce draw by 1/2, ALL mine have one of the holes closed and i still use a rubber ring to reduce it more sometimes, running 90% success with the XL's, 100% (more like 150% i like them so much too) with the big 3.3's GOOD JOB KIDS -

but not yet John, playing with all the stuff arjay55 talked about (LOVE the bottom coils) and still going back to to the filler's for more than the reliability, we can hope john. ya, me too and the LAST thing i wanted to admit was i couldn't follow Bovinia's instructions for using the hardware store saddle valve for ice makers, bent that sucker on the 2'ent hole i tried to punch, went back to the dremel tool myself till i remembered these from my former life as an AC...- kwcharlie

"DIY" Carto Punch
i've been using THIS Robinair 40288 Line Piercing Valve for 3/16", 1/4", 5/16", 3/8" OD Tubing for a few weeks, works great, needle doesn't bend like the water-maker saddle valves. don't mean to hijack this thread, the DYI discussed here is so KISS and a lot cheaper than this $16+ [=$20] AC...- kwcharlie

and if you move it up too far it just gurrgles a little, not a big deal for a bottom coil, thank BC the plumbing problems are FIXED. same works for the 3 ml. didn't even use NNP's, just wedged a dental tool into the tube [with the seal in] and worked it up a little. -

YES, just tried it with the 3ml, changed it. something to adjust that window into the bottom coil IS THE ANSWER -

no flavor comparied to what? I'm getting GREAT flavor (with the stinkie bo-how chinese primer) not a atty killer yet, but these bottom feeds are SO much cooler than the top coils and so far the plumbing is working with no drainouts -

EVERYTHING GOOD WITH ALL, but there's some stinkie stuff in some, no dry hits after toothpick in one of the air holes, thank you! -

And they [and MadVaps] are the only other venders I send my $ to because those two havent tried to put up 801 Fusions rip offs that IkeVape did the original work on. Get what you need but keep in mind that IkeVape is the one who gives the most reliable products, hell get his web site together... -

That's a bottom coil version and i don't think it's made to be field repairable like the top coils. Oh ya, the bottom coil may end up a better vape than the fusion, IF plumbing issues can be resolved and higher ohms come arround, just my HO, but like I said nothing has gone into my kit but... -

now if he can get them to make a head higher than 2.8 they could be better than a Fusion, been playing with a lot of the "new" CE whatever's and still go back to my Fusions, junk box isn't getting much bigger but neither has the go-to bag. -
