    what's the appeal of mechs?

Also, it's generally recognized that dripping is one of the best ways to experience maximum flavor. It can be done on an ego battery with a small dripper, but for most it takes the aforementioned larger/multiple coils. I also use mechs due to their simplicity. It takes a lot more damage to...

    what's the appeal of mechs?

They provide more power, allowing for a coil with greater surface area, or multiple coils for the same result. Vaping on an ego battery is fine for me, and sort of simulates the feeling of smoking which is exactly what I want. Vaping on a mech mod with better coils and higher power? It feels...

Being the Devil's Advocate Here : If you are vaping with Nicotine juice, you ARE still a "smoker"..

In many cases you're called a patient. In others, you're called an addict. In this forum, you're called a vaper. In forums where the ANTZ crowd hangs out, we're called a lot of things that'd get censored here...

Being the Devil's Advocate Here : If you are vaping with Nicotine juice, you ARE still a "smoker"..

Per merriam-webster.com Vaping makes you no more of a smoker than does chewing nicotine gum.

Any idea when these are going to hit the shelves, or how much they'll cost?

    Not convinced nicotine is needed

I'm cutting it out of my diet because of the $#^&$# health care & insurance rules / policies. In the end, I don't think the insurance companies will see any difference between NRTs and smoking or other tobacco use. I don't want to pay the increased fees associated with that, and I really don't...

Any Georgia Vapors out there ??

I'm pretty sure I lied earlier this week... It appears my social director has us booked at some sort of benefit event on Thursday, so it looks like I'm out this week. Bummer.

Anyone Ever Sorry They Drilled Out An RDA/RBA Cap?

 I'm laughing with you, I swear! I recently drilled out a Fasttech cheapo clone to the tune of 3/32" x2. I should have stopped at 1/16. While it hits well, it's just a little too airy for my taste. Lesson learned. It's sort of like measuring once, cutting 3 times and it's still too...

new member, reporting (yet again) vendor's issue [Naturally Extracted Tobacco, LLC]

You're welcome, and we're glad to have you. I forgot to congratulate you on your pipe acquisitions. I've held the Kamry a few times and really like the shape and heft. Good stuff. I hope it works out well for you.

    Vaping amateur needs some help

Welcome guybrush 92! I'm almost a year into my vaping career, and have yet to find the "perfect" vape. I have, however, come across several combos that land just shy, and they've definitely kept me off of the analogs. Good luck to you!

Welcome to ECF gj. Sorry you're having troubles with NET. I hope you get them resolved soon! I hear great things about the W2V juices from more than a few pipe and cigar fans. I've yet to try them myself, but they're coming around to the top of my "must try" list sometime soon. Good luck...

So I’m cleaning off my desk…

Good for you Kodiak. It's a great feeling, isn't it? I'd have done the same, though I would have kept the pack and dumped just the cigarettes. I love the way a new pack smells

    The Xtar charger came today:)

VP1? I've got one and absolutely love it. It's a bit of change for a 2 port charger, but well worth it. Enjoy!

Any Georgia Vapors out there ??

Good deal. I'm pretty sure I'll be there this week, so let's talk Wednesday or Thursday. My wife is a teacher and has spring break this week, so maybe I can talk her into coming out as well. It'd be a good thing for us to sit down and have a marathon coiling session with others around to help...

Any Georgia Vapors out there ??

Lol. I dropped in for a while; I tried the new GLV juice (took home 2 bottles), and got some help with a dual coil dripper I've had sitting around. I was hoping to get a glimpse of the elusive Springfield... Ah well, next week or later will do as well.

Any Georgia Vapors out there ??

No need to wait! Wick and wire are cheap, and the only tools you really need are a pair of nippers for the wire (fingernail clippers will do the job just fine), a pair of tweezers, and a way to check the resistance of the coil. We've got all of this stuff, and way more... Lol. I'd be happy...

    MOD box

Sorry, not seeing the downside there  DOH! Yeah, me too. Nice job cutting the foam! Every time I try to do foam, it comes out looking like a 3 year old went at it with some hedge clippers.

    MOD box

Smoke shop or tobacconist. We have several, uh, multipurpose shops in our area. Most of them have at least a small humidor / selection of cigars. I actually asked about cigar boxes just the other day at my local shop. The guy will sell them for a couple of bucks on up to about $15, depending...
