Overturn the FDA's ruling on ecigarette classification as a tobacco product. | We the People: Your Voice in Our Government

I'm a bit confused about the 90 day thing. I'm a modder and there is this pretty cool mod that I've been brainstorming for awhile and I REALLY would want to get it on the market. Does this mean I have to do it in 90 days to be safe?
What if I can't make too much in 90 days, but I made a very...
I think in the future, most vapors will turn to DYI juice, and you'd see thousands of flashlight shops around the country selling variable brightness flashlight with removable bulbs and kanthal filaments.
The "good news" is that vaping is too big now, even compared to 3 years ago. It's "mainstream" now so it'd be pretty hard for the FDA to decimate this industry, which is what will happen if those rules go into effect without any change. It will kill a lot of jobs and make many people unhappy...
I just cannot imagine a modder making and selling a piece of metal box with a few electrical springs would be required to go through all that hoop. Words are very vague on pure hardware. Beside, the hardware is so simple (mechanical mods) that lots of people can make it themselves.
Perhaps they...
Wouldn't laws be easier to follow if people actually understands it? But that would kill the legal industry I guess, just like having easier tax code would kill the tax prep industry. Oh well.
Bonnie Herzog, an analyst with Wells Fargo Securities, said she expects “litigation from several manufacturers, which could unfortunately prolong the uncertainty plaguing the entire industry.”
Let's hope the litigation delay this as long as possible. Knowing how the government works, any delay...
Isn't everything "significantly equivalent" to whatever that was out in 2007? I mean, they are all electronic circuit that uses a heating element to vaporize juice. In my opinion, all hardware are significantly similar.
I can understand if they want to regulate juice. But hardware?
Can someone clarify what repercussion this will have for hardware manufacturers or modders? Say, someone who build mechanical box mods or custom made accessories like drip tips. Are they going to have to submit $1M to the FDA for every model of a metal box that they have to get it approved?
This sucks because I had another idea for an innovative (or at least unique) mod that I have been brainstorming for over a year now. Even before this thread was started. Work and school kept me busy so I did the Mymod which is simpler to get experience.
I finally worked out all the bugs in my...
The only good news is, this is 2016, not 2010 or even 2012. The vaping scene is big now. Too big to fail right?
If there is one thing I know about the US government, it's that there are loop holes everywhere. Why do you think our tax code is so complex? It's all about special interest and...
Okay, we all know the regulation is pure BS.
The only question is, what now? Should we panic? How can we fight back? What can we expect? Surely this is not going down without a fight.
When can we hear about news of the first lawsuit or court order? That's what I want to know. I don't want to...
