    The "good news" is that vaping is too big now, even compared to 3 years ago. It's "mainstream" now so it'd be pretty hard for the FDA to decimate this industry, which is what will happen if those rules go into effect without any change. It will kill a lot of jobs and make many people unhappy...

    Isn't everything "significantly equivalent" to whatever that was out in 2007? I mean, they are all electronic circuit that uses a heating element to vaporize juice. In my opinion, all hardware are significantly similar. I can understand if they want to regulate juice. But hardware?
