Fwiw...... that 24.5 amps at 90 watts is WHY we suggest married sets of batts in a regulated mod.... the mod will pull the majority of those amps from the weakest of the batteries first or more. Path of least resistance kind of thing. The alien should be able to handle the load... being a... -

Per watts law. Thats 23 plus amps on 4.2volts about 12 on 8.4 and 7 if 3 batts in series. SO YEAH THE AMPS DO MATTER IN A REGULATED MOD. You might not cook the batts....... mods circuits should save itself first..... But yeah a regulated mod can draw less Amps from the batteries most of the... -

What was the ohm rate of the coil. 25 amps sounds about right for 25 amps at 90 watts sounds about right to me. 90 watts is 23.8amps at the battery. 12 amps on 8.4volts and 8 amps on 12.6 or 3x18650 Assuming 90% efficiency on the mod. Better mods may pull a little lower. Sent from my... -

New mod/tank questions
You are heating and cooling ejuice...... ejuice contains sugars and other such chemicals. One of the reactions to the Heat cycle is gunk for lack of better term. That gunk fouls and clogs the wick. It's that gunk/dirt that gives the foul flavors..... this gunk can be cleaned off the metal... -

Imo coil heads are all the same as far as your mist limiting factor is concerned. They all have poor life spans.. the fact is all those coil you though away are not worn out. Most are barely broke in.. the wick is what fails.... I suggest a rebuildable atty and finding 5 to 15 minutes every... -

Mod Repairmen?
Is the mod worth fixing? My guess is that repair services short of factory.. will be few and far between.... truth is cost to repair likely higher than cost to replace. Warranty work (customer sevice) is the only way to justify repair cost of most electronic devices. Sent from my SCH-I605... -

USB Port Charging Question

Somewhat muted flavor from an RDA compared to a tank
The difference between you tank and the RDA cones down to the air... air flow vs air volume and the affects of one on the other... both atties might have close to same flow.... but that does not mean they have the same capacity for mixing air with vaporized juice. What wattage would you recommend for a 0.33 ohm dual clapton coil?
I'm guessing that build wamts more than 70 watts.... Me I would remove one of the coils. Might still need the 70 watts.. but ramp will be much shorter. But the thinner wire suggestion is probably the correct answer. Sent from my SCH-I605 using Tapatalk- 93gc40

Eleaf iJust S for a complete mod beginner
I may be wrong but aren't the coilheads replaceable? If so you probably are not stuck with the ohm rate or draw MTL vs DTL. I doubt you want or need to go lower... but you could go higher ohm if desired. Good thing about that mod and atty set is it about as safe and simple as a mod gets... -

Can i make triple twisted wire with only 28g?
Yeah would probably need one of the middle strings from a 6 sting.. too get coil size down to a reasonable size. I had considered coiling up some of the stainless strings I have when I first heard of SS being vaped. I bought vape wore instead. Sent from my SCH-I605 using Tapatalk- 93gc40

How to rebuild iJust S and get good vapor and flavor?
On my unregulated mods I build in the .5 to 1 ohm ranges for best flavor using kanthal or nichrome wire on gauges of 28 to 32 mostly twisted single coils.... The only atty I have like yours. A melo 3 I only use regulated it had a .34 ohm 28SS build in it now. Have yet to hit on an unregulated...
