Power everything down (seriously do not skip this part!) and run just the tank under warm water (slowly warm it, not super hot all at once) then take a towel and grip both sections and unscrew it.
Or with my Nautalis Mini I unscrewed the top bit where the mouth piece connects and for some reason...
Love them. I have 0.5 horizontals right now cause my local shop didn't have any of the occ vertical ones in. Such a travesty!
I imagine reducing the watts will help a fair bit but you might also play with the airflow to find your perfect setting. We're all different. But for sure 40w is a bit...
First three days were the worst for me and I was reducing my nic level by the end of week one. I think you're gonna do just fine if you've made it this far. Good going!
I'm curious what power settings and airflow settings you are using. My Subtank Mini coupled with my SUBOX gives me a nice smooth experience. (Except first thing in the morning haha!)
I quite like the Subtank Mini. I went from the Nautalis Mini on a 1300mAh CF VV Aspire battery to The SUBOX and a Subtank Mini a couple weeks ago and love it... Never thought I'd enjoy sub ohm but I do.
I usually run 80% VG in my Kangertech Subtank Mini without issue. I have gone a bit higher with it too but I was really diligent in making sure my coil was wicking the juice to prevent burnt hits. Prime prime and prime again.
I love it. But I started a bit simpler initially...
Wasn't sure if I was just going to vape to quit smoking or if it was about to become a hobby.
Definitely read up on everything before purchasing it, a lot of people seem to burn out their coils starting out with this one because they don't...
Yep I don't go above 35w with my .5 coil either but when we slapped on my boyfriend's Atlantis tank with a .3 coil we can push the SUBOX to 50w no problems. Of course why bother when a .3 can handle up to 80w right....
I have shinyitis too.
I always read reviews before my purchase but it is super subjective as not everyone likes the same things right...
Glad your wife and kiddos support you! Very cool!
You'll have to check out the Canada subforum for info on the first bit. You will have to get to your 5 posts and wait a bit to be magically turned into a full member to access the rest of the forum.
As for your second question I have no idea!
Probably a full tank on a work day. As I only vape infrequently for about 8 hours of it. But two or more tanks on weekends easily.
Edit to add: currently vape high VG at 30w with a 0.5 coil.
Also keep in mind that higher VG juice will not wick as quickly as it is a bit thicker, and you'll definitely need to try the toothpick or pin trick to get it to start wicking effectively. I usually do that and then fill my tank and leave it for as long as possible.
I have had one legit...
