Just an aside I noticed that despite only having mild allergies previously I have been slammed with them the last few weeks since I quit smoking.
Might be something your body normally shrugged off but the changes you've made with your health are throwing you for a loop.
Not to mention that the soil fruits and veggies (and the feed for the critters too) gets grown in is so depleted of nutrients that we don't get the same levels we would have in the past with the same diets.
And just because it needs repeating 'correlation does not equal causation'... Anyone...
I do cardio and strength training at the gym. But I have also trained in Brazilian Jiu-jitsu in the past and loved that. Also lots of hiking outdoors. That kind of thing.
:)
It's funny here in North America they keep trying to bring back old franchises that I grew up with. They never do it as well as I remember.
I can't work out when I am at work so I usually go to the gym in the early morning and then go to work later in the day.
I've been off and on since 2010, usually ended up setting aside the hobby when I couldn't get supplies locally (I have lived in some backwater towns)... Sometimes I couldn't even get stuff mailed because I was literally in the middle of nowhere.
Current setup is a Kangertech EVOD 2, just needed...
Welcome! Just 5 posts. So your thread you started and your reply here you are already down to 3 to go!
How'd you get started on vaping?
How is your night going?
I'm a manager for a gym. Computer stuff is still a hobby of mine though. I mostly did coding and writing for the old text based online games. This is eons ago now hahaha.
I have certainly never programmed an app. I'm envious of those with the skill to do things like that. :)
I've never been there but I do know the region. I grew up with many friends who were from China (or their parents were and had immigrated to Canada).
I used to do a lot of programming for some computer games, I smoked a lot then... Wish vaping existed that long ago because it would have been...
Hey welcome!
My boyfriend works with a guy who goes over to China quite often, he has family there. He says that smoking is very popular on the mainland but not as common in Hong Kong.
What area do you live in?
All of you with the cheap tobacco make me jealous. I could have paid off my student loans long long ago if I paid that much per day for smokes. Hahaha
That being said, cost was a huge motivating factor for me when it came to quitting so I guess it's all good.
What about people like me who smoked premium smokes. Where I live they run $15 a pack per day.... Vaping is much cheaper once I get past the start up costs.
I hated cheap smokes ... Only when absolutely necessary.
I'm not sure how the math works out but in general you should know our bodies absorb the nicotine differently from cigarettes vs vaping.
What you're experiencing sounds like nicotine withdrawal to be honest, I have a lot of those effects when I quit smoking.
I seem to be alright this time...
If (big if) it was worse than smoking and there was no way to rectify that (organic all natural e-juice? I dunno!)... I'd quit cold turkey suffer through a few weeks and just deal with it.
Quit smoking for my health wouldn't make sense to do something more harmful.
