Yes as far as I know they are China based, I've only purchased from them a couple times, but both experiences were positive. I normally choose FT, and 3F, or maybe Focal, but sometimes go elsewhere due to availability. Personally I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from them. -

Same here, very clean, but as always I gave it a good dish soap, hot water wash with a toothbrush and a pipe cleaner. also measured my Tobeco with a digital caliper, 3.21mm beneath the coil. -

I'll also add after thoroughly enjoying cleaning up the shoddily assembled deck that shipped with mine, and getting it fit together properly, loose JFC = deck not fully seated into the base, which if that is the case can cause leaking. Mine leaked horribly out the AFC/bottom before fixing it... -

A little difficult to tell from your pics on the wicking. Hows your JFC? Tightness wise, moves fairly easy, a little stiff? Have you had it fall over at all, drop it? I'll guarantee it will leak no matter how perfect your wick job if the base is not seated properly during the assembly process. -

The only real issue with putting it back together is the copper 510, that is if it is indeed stripped threads. Clean it up good, replace the 510 pin, tap it back together, be more careful not to drop it, it should be OK. I'd suggest contacting SubtankSupply or Eciggity, one of them may be able... -
