    Scary stuff... if there is anything to be learned - don't carry batteries around with metal tweezers in the same pouch. or any other metal objects for that matter. Plus keep your batteries clear of your junk.

    Once it hits the flavor less point i blow it out, then blow while burning a bit to help get rid of left over without getting a mouthfull of the nasty. after that new flavs vape well.

    Here is that long thread i mentioned earlier in this topic. It goes into depth about different wicking materials and the safety of them, its a 290 pg thread i have not read thru it all yet but the medical gauze seems the best material. Its a long read but definately informative and IMO worth it...

    Did you try the Dekang Tab? Kinda tobacco, not sweet but more "nutty". You could also try The "mix your own" at juicy vapors, you pick the flavors to add, what percentages ect. maybe you knowing your own tastes and all could concoct something great for you.

    You may need to get juice with the whole tobacco alkaloids, I personally dont know much about them but they do have some of the other parts of tobacco that might just be that extra bit you need... take a look at this thread...

    It may also be that the juice didnt fully saturate before the first few hits and the filler burned a bit, if thats the case there will always be that bured taste on that particular carto.
