    Are you sure you didnt "lock" the voltage. Try pressing both + and - at the same time for a few seconds.

    Ive found a few of the ego keep firing for a bit... my twist has done it twice, my ego c upgrade has done it. I always watch to see if the light goes off before setting it down. The first time it happened with the twist i needed to press the button again to get it off.
