    As a 2-pack-a-day former smoker, I ordered both 18 mg and 24 mg juices to start with. The 18 mg is easier for me to vape and satisfies for the most part, but when a stronger craving hits, I reach for the 24 mg and vape that until the craving vanishes. This is what works for me...YMMV :)...
