    cig-a-likes

Because due to the current state of battery technology, performance is extremely lacking and battery life is abysmal. With cig a likes, function is forced to follow form. Most vapers use vaping to stop smoking and actual, real world performance is a requirement.

Inquiry regarding age to purchase coils

Because in communist California, you must now be 21 to purchase tobacco products including vape gear. You can fight and die for your country at 18, but in Cali thats apparently too young to be responsible for your own health.

Inquiry regarding age to purchase coils

Nope. Tobacco stores will card you. Remember that when election time comes and cast your vote accordingly. Edited to add: Also remember at 19, you can still open a bank account, have a credit card, and order online. ;)

Cole-Bishop Failed. What now for vape?

Forrest for the trees. Tldr 1.Feds hand industry to BT with crazy regs but Feds can't fund enforcement. 2. States cant afford BT to lose money as it will affect MSA payments, that States have mortgaged. 3. States now have a stake in regulating and taxing Vape industry. 4. People blame Feds...

Cole-Bishop Failed. What now for vape?

I have said this since the day I joined ECF. The only way to fight this is at the state and local level. Locally elected politicians can (and will) implement their own versions of taxes, fees and restrictions to protect their MSA payments which are based on tobacco sales. The 10th amendment...

Cole-Bishop Failed. What now for vape?

MSA lumped in with taxes? Taxes come and go with elections. MSA money is long money, and it has been "pre spent" before it was even paid. Now its CYA time. Taxes are for the peons to argue about. MSA money, on the other hand.... Is needed to cover the bonds they sold. Otherwise they devalue...

Cole-Bishop Failed. What now for vape?

Its not about about taxes. That's small time. It's about lost BT profit, which affects the amount BT pays to states. The states have no choice as they have already sold bonds based on those payments not being reduced by a bottom line fighting a multi billion dollar, fast growing vape industry...

Cole-Bishop Failed. What now for vape?

I have to agree with this. They dont want it to go away or they could have easily made it happen. They could have banned the sale of nic base. Game over. They want to control the profit stream which is worth billions. I am all for this. 100%. - Well, yes, and ALL Americans have gun rights...
