That would require individual states to vote on budget to pay for enforcement.
State and local police do not just take on blanket enforcement of new FDA regulations.
Thats not how it works.
ATF would enforce federal robacco regulations.
They also would need budget money earmarked for...
If they actually said that, they arent qualified.
They are uneducated idiots.
6 months of blowing vapor into your laptop will NOT "rust" anything.
It's just not possible.
Leaving a machine with them wasnt a very wise choice as they have already tried to mislead you.
Local taxes have zero to do with enforcing FDA regulations.
You know better.
Which state agencies can you specifically show went into a vape shop (not a tobacco store that sold vapes) to check IDs?
Nope.
They dont have the authority to ask states to pay for enforcement of federal regulations, and states arent gonna earmark their own funds for FDA enforcement.
They also have a budget.
I just don't see federal marshals being funded by anyone to start raiding vape stores.
Local and state...
Welcome.
You have found mechanical mods.
Lol.
They basically a tube and a switch.
Most aren't custom, they are sold online.
Some are very pricey, some arent.
They are not for beginners.
They are made for advanced users who understand what they are.
With a mech, you are the only safety.
Its...
Be thankful your parents care enough to worry what you put in your body.
Be thankful they cloth, feed, shelter, and support you.
Asking you to refrain from vaping while living as their dependent in the home they pay for isnt unreasonable.
Turning 18 isnt a license to foget all your parents do...
Whats next?
Challenges in court once enforcement starts.
Thats when the FDAs overreach will be tested in court.
Until precedent is set, it's still up in the air.
There is too much money at stake for everyone to just roll over.
However I'm interested in how they plan on enforcing any of this...
Pretty much every mod with that switch design feels wonky and cheap.
Also, the batteries tends to bounce on the spring if you shake the mods.
IMHO, Its not the best design.
The FT one is all metal.
They are kinda hit-and-miss on mods that arent designed to use them.
Some mods will adjust by recessing the disc inside the tube, others at the switch, some just wont play well with them.
These attys are examples of pins that will work
Be careful of adjustable pins...
The faux hybrid adapter discs are really just to simulate a true hybrid mod.
The ones with center pins can be fidgity.
The fasttech ones without the centerpin are direct to battery and require proper pin length on the atty.
You can look for 20x1 hybrid atomizers as well and eliminate the disc...
I have a painted one in the cart that was in stock.
Since it flakes off anyway, I can always repaint it.
:p
Wait...
Am I really just buying a plastic Franken shell?
Panzer clones were pretty nice for a while.
The blacked out ones sucked.
The golden army solid brass clones were pretty good.
I never did get an overdose clone.
Probably should have.
I do like brass...lol
So let me get this straight...
The Frankenskull clones have terrible bottles, wonky contacts and the 510 is too short, its frustrating to work with, but parts are available.
Sounds right up my alley.
Kindbright AV Abel, Optic, or Timekeeper clones.
Fantastic mods.
Kindbright makes a good product.
Complyfe HK Knurled is a solid one too.
All have magnets, and are direct to battery.
